Hey, everybody! How’s your summer going? I hope great ? Today I bring you a very refreshing post to help you fight the eternal days of heat, without giving up the healthy life we want to lead, delicious ice cream and, more importantly, super simple and fast.
Do you want to know how they’re made? Then stay!
To start, you’ll need a basic ingredient that will appear in all recipes: bananas! Buy some bananas that are ripe (so they will be sweeter and your ice cream will taste better), cut them into small pieces and put them in the freezer. You will have to have a little patience and wait until the next day for them to be completely frozen.
After this time, you’ll need a powerful mixer, and you’ll be able to get down to work – let’s get to the recipes!
Chocolate and Banana Ice Cream
- 4 very ripe frozen bananas
- 4 tablespoons raw cocoa powder
Pour the bananas into your blender or food processor and whisk until you get an ice cream with a very creamy consistency. Be patient because it may take a while. Add the cocoa and beat it again (I recommend that you add it little by little and taste it). If you prefer, you can add a little bit of sweetener. Ready to eat!
Strawberry and Banana Ice Cream
- 2 1/2 cups frozen bananas
- 1 cup strawberries (you can replace them with red fruits if you prefer)
Blend the frozen banana together with the chopped strawberry. This one can be frozen too, so the ice cream will last a little longer without melting. And that’s it!
Mango And Banana Ice Cream
- 300 grams of mango (chopped and frozen).
- 200 grams of frozen bananas.
Put the fruits in the blender glass and blend until a homogeneous cream is obtained. If you want to get an even creamier texture, you can add a little Greek yogurt. Yummy!
Banana and Peanut Butter Ice Cream
- 2 large, ripe bananas
- 20 ml natural peanut butter, unsweetened and unsalted
Add the bananas to the blender and start to crush at high speed in short spurts of time, stirring well from time to time. Then add the peanut butter and crush everything together again until the desired creamy and homogeneous texture is achieved.
All these ice creams can be served directly or returned to the freezer in an airtight container to solidify a little, between 30 minutes and 1 hour, as they do not contain cream or any fat that makes them denser, they tend to melt faster. ? What is your favorite flavor?
